I've been busy...

It's been a crazy weekend and I've been super busy making and packing and photographing and uploading. I've got my act together and you can now find Willow Street on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. I'm still getting used to checking so many different social media platforms, and wrapping my head around linking posts so I apologise if you see the same thing more than once!

So I've been loving my Moo business cards, they're such a brilliant way to present my pieces while still being functional. It took me a while to decide exactly how to package each item, and things may change, but I am definitely loving the thick, sturdy Luxe cards.

I've also reinvigorated my Etsy shop (which I used for a previous business venture). There are a few pieces listed at my shop, with many more to come over the next couple of weeks so watch this space!

And now on to the important part of this post, the nail polish jewellery!

Piece 5 is a pair of drop earrings with silver plated earring loops and tear shaped glass cabochons (18x25mm). These earrings are made with NYX Carnival which is a rainbow glitter with small and micro glitters and Ulta3 Hot Spring which is a saturated pink. I love how the gradient makes these earrings look like they have been dipped in glitter!

Piece 4 is a round necklace on an 18 inch silver snake chain and round silver bail made with a round glass cabochon (30mm). This piece is made with a Hard Candy nail polish called Beetle, a beautiful colour shifting nail polish that shifts through pink, golden and green. The black nail polish is BYS Black which is my preferred black nail polish, I love that it only takes one coat for opacity. BYS is an Australian cosmetic company.

Piece 3 is a tear drop pendant necklace on an 18 inch silver snake chain made with a tear shaped glass cabochon (18x25mm). This necklace is made with Sinful Colors Nail Junkie and Sinful Colors Hottie in a gradient and LA Girl Deejay. Nail Junkie is a teal glitter and Hottie is a blue glitter and they both have small and micro glitters. Deejay is a blue which glows under blue light.

Piece 2 is a pair of drop earrings with silver plated earring loops and tear shaped glass cabochons (18x25mm). These earrings are made with Kleancolor Blue Eyed Girl nail polish, I've placed most of the glitter at the bottom of the tear which creates a beautiful gradient effect. My favourite part about these earrings is that Blue Eyed Girl is a semi-translucent which means that the glitter looks like it has been trapped at different depths. Kleancolor nail polish is cheap and boy does it smell!

Piece 1 is a pair of stud earrings with 925 sterling silver earring posts and 8mm glass cabochon. These earrings are made with Ulta3 Envy nail polish (a pale rose gold/nude metallic) and Mode Fashionista (a saturated pink). Ulta3 and Mode are both Australian nail polish brands which are available in chemists.

Thanks for taking the time to look at my blog, come back soon to see more items!
